The multimedia, interactive course includes 5 training modules and additional resources to ensure continued dedication to serving safe gluten-free meals. Training modules include an overview of Celiac and gluten sensitivity, gluten free ingredients and label reading, front of house training for staff, back of house training for staff, and guidelines for implementation of a strong gluten free program and menu planning.
