Gluten free dining at restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska

At GlutenFreeTravelSite, a restaurant or other business must typically be "reviewed" to appear on our site. We have thousands of gluten-free reviewers that have submitted feedback to our site -- and have therefore helped guide thousands of others in the gluten-free community who rely on our site for honest, personal, and detailed dining and travel guidance. We have made an exception, however, for restaurants that have been trained through the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness's GREAT Kitchens Program. We list restaurants like this one -- even without a personal review -- because they have been rigorously trained and vetted using NFCA's strict protocols. GREAT Kitchens provides a "Train the Trainer" course for chefs and food service managers which gives them the knowledge and tools to educate their entire kitchen staff on safe gluten-free food handling and preparation.
