Eat-N-Park: Family Friendly Gluten-Free

This is a chain of family dining (not gourmet) restaurants in numerous western PA locations and in WV and Ohio near the interstates. It has a list of gluten free menu items. I have eaten there numerous times and have had no problems. The Wheeling, WV restaurant is testing a gluten free bun/roll that is wonderful. I hope it reaches all the restaurants in the chain soon.

Rockfish for Great Gluten-Free Dining

Rockfish Restuarants have a Gluten Free Menu that includes a number of items you could order and KNOW for sure that they are Gluten Free! Their food is quite delicious and one certainly does not feel deprived and disappointed. When you arrive, tell the host that you would like to see a Gluten Free Menu. She will let your server know and find the Chef, who will bring the GF Menu to you and explain any questions you might have. After your order is placed, the Chef oversees the preparation of your meal to make certain it is Gluten Free and often serves it to you as well. My husband, Stan, and I eat at our nearby Rockfish Restaurant often, usually for seafood dishes. Another thing we really like is the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail!

Coffee shop with gluten free muffins throughout Queensland

This is a chain of coffee and muffin shops that is found throughout Australia - mostly in the food courts of shopping malls. Most of them offer a few gluten-free muffins (sweet and/or savoury). If there aren't any other gluten free options in a shopping mall, this shop can be almost always be guaranteed to have something. They also have sandwiches/pies etc for non-coeliacs.
