The place for Celiacs in Canton, Ohio

This place is actually in the town where I live (one hour south of Cleveland). They not only have the best family style restaurant and specials in town (in business for 27 years), but they also are very knowledgeable about the needs of the Celiac, and all of their staff goes to great lengths to assist you. Many of their soups and specials are Celiac-friendly, since the soup bases they use are gluten-free (just ask your server to check for you), and they make the most fabulous Eggs Benedict you ever tasted--complete with REAL Hollandaise sauce!--minus the English muffin, obviously, but you may also bring in your own bread if you wish (for sandwiches as well). Gregory and Jeanne are exceptionally friendly people, and are happy to assist you with your own particular dietary needs. Their servers all wear name badges that indicate how many years they have worked there--a first class indication of the loyalty they feel toward the owners and the establishment. It is well worth the visit, especially if you should be in town to visit the Pro-Football of Fame or other area attractions.
