Yummy gluten free breakfast in Santa Clarita, CA!

That place in Newhall is popular!! It's always crowded but they are worth the wait. Average waiting time is 30-40 min on Sundays. However you can go to the boutique store next door and kill time. You might end up buying something like we always do! The menu, wow, there are so many gluten free options. They carry Udi's bread. The staff were kind and knowledgeable when asked to avoid cross contamination. My 7 year old loves going to that place and not feeling excluded. Thank you!

Gluten free Pizza at restaurant in Valencia, CA

I'm so happy that my 7 year old found a place that she could go every week and never get sick of their yummy cheese pizza! After ordering, I was watching them and how they make the pizza. I was happy to see they used different utensils and separate pizza sauce to avoid cross contamination. Even the whole family loves the taste of their gluten free pizza. Even my daughter said, "I can't believe it's not gluten!" Thank you Tomato Joe's for making my daughter happy. The workers were kind and understanding.

Gluten free dining at Disney World restaurants and parks

When planning ahead, making reservations ( highly recommend) at Disney World parks, people were kind and friendly. They gave me a relief that there will be gluten free menu for my 7 year old. When we arrived, at every park we have not failed seeing a chef! Chefs were so wonderful and accommodating to my daughter's needs. In fact chefs made her feel extra special when it comes to dessert and giving her extra food. At one park, chef had to run out to another restaurant to get gluten free pasta. They made sure that my daughter gets what she wants. At one point of the trip, we went to Universal Studios, my daughter asked me why didn't the chef come out to speak with her. She felt safe when chef speaks with her and personally served her to avoid cross contamination. I'm so impressed with Disney World. I think all chefs in every restaurant should meet to make sure there's no cross contamination and they provide reassurance.
When we were at Animal Kingdom, they were starting a new kiosk for allergy/special diets. I'm curious how they are doing now. Anyways, I give Disney 10/10. Thank you Disney for making her trip effortlessly and memorable !!!
