Sam & Louie’s began in 1994 as a small family-run pizzeria in Omaha, Nebraska. They sold their first franchise in 2000 and have grown to 17 locations throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Montana, Kansas, and Wisconsin -- with continued expansion each year. Sam & Louie's is a casual, Italian eatery specializing in hand-tossed fresh pizzas, calzones, strombolis, chicken sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more. Their Gluten Free Menu features gluten-free pizza crust with a wide variety of fresh pizza toppings to choose from, plus a range of salad options with gluten-free salad dressings.
