|What a pleasant and enjoyable experience to be able to go to a restaurant and have the wait staff understand the words Celiac & Gluten Free. The owner and chef, Amy, has Celiac Disease and was able to assist me in ordering specific items on the menu that would be suitable for me. She had the best homemade potato salad on the salad bar. If Amy has a couple of days notice of your arrival, she is able to have gluten free bread for your dinning experience.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and have a hotel next to the restaurant. Amy is an incredible chef and was found to be very helpful with suggestions or modifications of the menu.
I eat here as much as possible, even though they are 40 minutes away, but the comfort of knowing I will not get sick, makes all the difference in the world. It is a very cozy atmosphere with lots of warmth and friendly smiles. We left feeling like part of the family.
