|I just want to give a "star" review to John, the chef at the 320 Ranch in Big Sky, Mt.
Since being diagnosted with Celiac a 1 1/2 yrs. ago, traveling has been so much harder with finding restaurants (and Chef\'s) who understand and take our diet restrictions seriously.
When we went to breakfast the first morning there, I talked to the chef, John, about my intolerance to gluten, and I was literally blow away, when he said, he knew about it and for me not to worry, that my breakfast would be, while there, gluten free.
Seems he had encounted other travelers, like me, and was fully aware of what we could and could not eat.
Since I have been on the gluten free diet, I just had gotten to the point where I had no desire to travel, but John has given me hope that I can indeed find a chef who will understand and help.
Our stay there wonder, and John made it all SO much better.
He made ordering so simple. I only wish there were more "John's" in the world.
I highly recommend there restaurant. And we will go back again next yr.
