Gluten free dining at Cornell University, Jan 26, 2017
reviewer: HeatherH from Anytown, AT 55555
Risley Dining Room at Cornell University is now certified 100% gluten-free, tree-nut-free, and peanut-free. Nearly everything on the menu is made in-house with fresh, seasonal ingredients that are sourced locally as often as possible. Student favorites include fresh guacamole, homemade veggie burgers, gluten-free spaetzle, tiramisu brownies, and more! **Publisher's Note: For a full story about the gluten free options on the campus, read this great article: http://celiaccommunity.org/2017/cornell-dining-gluten-and-nut-free/

Ok -- but not great -- gluten free dining at Cornell University, Jun 25, 2013
reviewer: SMarie from Ithaca, NY USA
Cornell's Dining Services are aware of celiac/allergies, but it's not easy to manage if you are sensitive to contamination. Much of the quick-serve locations on the academic campus are focused on sandwiches, pizza, salads... so it's tough. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, though, so you may not get exactly what you want, but they'll do their best to be sure you are safe. **Publisher's Note: In January 2017, Cornell announced the grand reopening of Risley Dining Room, which is now 100% gluten free and offers a wide array of options, in an environment free of the risk of cross contamination, for gluten free students. It is also peanut free and tree nut free. See article here: http://bit.ly/2lh21rE
