Crustless Gluten Free Pizza in Chicago, Oct 05, 2013
reviewer: Mattdaddy from Bridgewater, NJ
We did takeout this time, but we've sat and ate here as well a year or two ago. They have a gluten free thin crust that is tasty, but the real attraction is the crustless pizza. It's made of sausage for crust with sauce and cheese on top and it's really to die for. The sausage isn't over powering, it just makes a really good tasting crust :)

Loved it, will always come back when in Chicago.

Gluten Free Pizza in Chicago!, Jan 25, 2009
reviewer: Mattdaddy from Bridgewater, NJ USA
We went to Chicago for an event and wanted to get some real deep dish pizza. Turns out we found this place on one of the Celiac bb, and decided to check it out. My wife called ahead and they assured us that it was possible to make and they\'d have no problem with it. When we got there we were a little nervous because the waiter didn\'t seem to know what gluten was, nor how to serve it - ie, cleaning hands etc. The manager seemed to know what was up and made sure that everything was done correctly. I would definitely give them a call before you go, just to make sure and to give you some peace of mind. That being said, the pizza was FANTASTIC. Instead of a substitute crust, the crust was made of sausage. Yes, a big round piece of sausage. It was crispy on the bottom and cooked to perfection. Truthfully, if we make it back out there, I\'m going to order one for myself it was that good.
