Gluten free restaurant in Chicago, Jun 24, 2015
reviewer: GFTS from
Chicago Fire is a strictly gluten free restaurant allowing customers to personalize their healthy meal in 5 easy steps. You start with a protein and continue on to a vegetable, sauce, base and sides. Proteins and vegetables include choices such as shrimp, chicken, salmon, broccoli, snap peas, and more. Next, the sauces include flavors such as cilantro pesto, lemon pepper, tahini, alfredo and more. The bases come next and those are what the protein is served on top of. These include salad, brown rice, pasta, quinoa, grilled veggies, and home fries. Lastly, choose from sides such as stuffed grape leaves, hummus and chips, beef chili and more. Together, you have a great gluten free meal. The full menu can be found at: http://www.chicagofiremarket.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=64&Itemid=500
