Great Wolf Lodge, Poconos: a Great GF Destination, Feb 17, 2010
reviewer: H. Dobbs from , Morristown, NJ USA
The Great Wolf Lodge was an extremely welcoming place for those with Celiac. When I made the reservation they told me to talk directly with the chef to discuss my dietary needs. Once I arrived I asked to speak to the chef. He immediately came out and discussed the options with me. He was very knowledgeable about the diet and said he served approximately 6-8 gf meals a week. It was a buffet the first night and he went over all of the ingredients in each dish. He even discussed HIS concerns of cross-contamination and suggested he make me a special meal. The meal was delicious, it included salmon and rice pasta. He checked in with me 3 times to make sure I had what I needed. He also brought me a delicious GF chocolate chip cookie, without any prompting from me. Overall it was a delicious and worry-free meal.

Great Wolf Lodge in PA, Dec 09, 2009
reviewer: Clayelder from West Chester, PA
My wife and I just took our 4 kids to the Great Wolf Lodge in PA (2 of the 4 were diagnosed with Celiac 6 months ago). Eating out is often a pain but our expereince at the GWL was a pleasant surprise. The manager came by and was very knowledgable about our food prep requirements. He offered several GF pasta options (and pancakes, too). Both kids went with GF noodles plus fruit salad as well as Edi\'s ice cream. All in all, a very positive expereince!
