|We visited College of Wooster as part of a college tour. The dining hall staff seem interested and motivated to provide safe gluten free foods. However, they do not seem to fully understand cross contamination (or have not fully trained staff re: cc). For example, they have a designated grill for gluten free, but used the same spatula for the GF pancakes as the gluten ones. They do have some gluten free foods in a separate area and it seems to be free from cross contamination. However, it does sit out in the self-service area, so it could be used by someone not aware of celiac/cc. In addition, foods offered in this area are very limited. It would be fine for a weekend, but not how I would want to spend four years.
