|Barbacoa is a Mexican Grill with several locations across Utah. They are a participating restaurant with the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG), and their menu is almost entirely gluten free. Aside from their flour/wheat tortillas and cookies, all items on their menu are gluten free. They have a wide variety of options such as burrito bowls, salads, soups, and meats. Their burritos are not gluten free as they are made in either flour or wheat tortillas, but any burrito can be made as a burrito bowl (without any tortilla).
