Legal Seafood awesome for gluten free, Mar 12, 2016
reviewer: Xmanconsultant from Chantilly, VA
We hadn\'t been to a Legal Sea Foods restaurant for a long while. We were traveling and decided to go to the one at King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania. It was such a great experience. They have the items that are able to be made gluten-free marked on their main menu, and it is a good majority of the items. The gluten-free calamari appetizer was especially delicious...battered and fried in a dedicated fryer (we were halfway done with the calamari before I realized I should take a picture -- shown below!). They are VERY careful about the preparation of gluten free meals here...they\'ve been doing it for a LONG time. In fact, they are one of the first chains to have offered gluten free options on their menu -- at least for 10 years now. Whether you like seafood or are in the mood for something like a steak, you will find many options on this menu!

Great Gluten-Free Menus at Restaurant in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Apr 22, 2012
reviewer: GREATKitchens from National Foundation for Celiac Awareness,
At GlutenFreeTravelSite, a restaurant or other business must typically be “reviewed” to appear on our site. We have thousands of gluten-free reviewers that have submitted feedback to our site — and have therefore helped guide thousands of others in the gluten-free community who rely on our site for honest, personal, and detailed dining and travel guidance. We have made an exception, however, for restaurants that have been trained through the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness’s GREAT Kitchens Program. We list restaurants like this one — even without a personal review — because they have been rigorously trained and vetted using NFCA’s strict protocols. GREAT Kitchens provides a “Train the Trainer” course for chefs and food service managers which gives them the knowledge and tools to educate their entire kitchen staff on safe gluten-free food handling and preparation. LEGAL SEAFOOD ROCKS!, Jun 03, 2009
reviewer: IG from Phila, PA
Extensive GF menu. Very accommodating, knowledgable staff. When my guest received a roll, I was presented with a GF one that was delicious. Ahhhh, bread! Chef came to our table and discussed their committment to the GF diet. GF food selections prepared in separate kitchen area. Try the GF breaded scallops - fabulous!
