Always a reliable and delicious gluten free meal here in Fairfax, VA, May 30, 2017
reviewer: Glutinusminimus from Potomac, MD
We go to this restaurant -- and some other Bonefish locations -- on a somewhat regular basis. They have a very good Gluten Free Menu, and sometimes they even have daily specials that are also gluten free (just ask your server). On this recent visit, I enjoyed scallops with risotto and green beans. It was delicious. There are all different types of fish and seafood to choose from, in addition to steaks and unique chicken preparations for those of you who aren't fans of seafood. You also have plenty of sides that are gluten free, as well as some appetizer choices. But it would be nice if they would add gluten free bread since there is nothing for us GF folks to munch on when the rest of the table in enjoying their (supposedly delicious) bread. Fortunately, they do have a wonderful flourless chocolate macadamia nut brownie for dessert! I'd highly recommend this restaurant. They are knowledgable about Celiac and serve safe meals.

Gluten free menu at restaurant in Fairfax, Virginia, May 18, 2011

Our family went to Bonefish Grill in Fairfax, VA. They have a gluten free menu and all the food was DELICIOUS!!!!! For the starters we had the mussels josephine and the saucy shrimp. They were both really good! If you don\'t like sauce on your shrimp, I wouldn\'t recommend it. We ate every last bite! We also had 2 grilled fishes. They were the chilean sea bass and the sea scallops and shrimp. There were 5 scallops and 4 shrimp. We had the grilled specialties as well. We had the lily\'s chicken, the filet mignon, and the angler\'s steak. I LOVED the angler\'s steak! The lily\'s chicken was also delicious. The sides were the garlic whipped potatoes, the herbed jasmine rice, the french green beans, and the steamed broccoli. For dessert we had the macadamia nut brownie, and the creme brulee. Most of the specials were gluten free that night: the saucy shrimp and scallops, the lily\'s atlantic salmon, the spinach bacon gorgonzola atlantic swordfish, and the chocolate creme brulee. We had a great experience.
