UVA Gluten Free dining halls, Mar 20, 2017
reviewer: Schultzble from Charlottesville, VA
While UVA does have gluten free food in their "copper hood" section of each dining hall, the hours are extremely limited and not open for breakfast. They say they will meet with you to accommodate making you other meals. But it is very difficult and takes a lot of time not to have food ready. The copper hood meals don't have much variety. I have visited other schools which have amazing gluten free dining areas. Not here!!!
