The mother load of all gluten free dining -- in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota! Oct 16, 2012
reviewer: Tigra002 from Minneapolis

This place is worth the drive. If you miss good old fashioned bar food, you must try this place. When I bit into my big juicy fried fish sandwich, I thought I was in heaven. When they hand you the gluten free menu, you will think they gave you the wrong one. It is every bit as big as the normal menu at most restaurants. They offer gf burgers, pizza, pasta, salads, appetizers, seafood, quesadillas, soup, etc. Probably anything that you have been missing will be found here. Thank goodness this place is 40 minutes away from me or else I would be seriously fat! Oh and you must try the sweet potato tater tots!!

This gluten free friendly bakery/cafe in Minneapolis is worth a visit. Oct 16, 2012

We see gluten free brownies and cookies from French Meadow when we travel so we decided to try the original. It can be very busy so I recommend going a bit off high times. The menu is labeled with gluten free options so you don't have to have that dreaded conversation with the server. They have great options such as gluten free crab cakes!! Yes, please. They offer gluten free bread and even desserts. The menu also labels vegan options which is nice for those of us that are dairy free as well.

Dairy free and gluten free options at restaurant in Minneapolis, MN! Oct 16, 2012
reviewer: Tigra002 from Minneapolis

This place is great if you are trying to be natural in addition to gluten free. The menu states that nearly everything can be made gluten free. They also list their vegan options which is great for those of us that are also dairy free. My daughters had their first milk shake ever this summer there! They offer soy milk and almond milk as options. We have been there 3 times and enjoyed everything so far. We have gone for dinner, lunch, and just smoothies.
