Sweetwaters is a sweet spot for gluten free in Burlington, VT Jul 09, 2013
reviewer: Pickles from Ottawa, Ontario

Sweetwaters has an extensive list of gluten free items because almost everything they have can be done with a gf alternative, like a gluten free bun instead. It was really nice to see and actually made deciding difficult. I had a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and it was excellent, but very messy. The bun held up very well to the sauce and didn't become soggy or break. They also have/had a cider on tap and a gluten free beer in bottles.

On their gluten free menu the restaurant has written that they have checked with all their sources/providers/producers, etc that the items on the gf menu are gf. Great to see this. They also note that their staff are not trained in celiac disease, so as a customer, one would still need to ask some of the usual gf questions. Our waitress was on the ball and noted my sandwich was gluten free before I reminded her.

We enjoyed our meal and the experience. They have a large patio, and even though it was a busy Friday afternoon, we never felt rushed. It was great to relax and enjoy the great weather.

Eating here was easy as many of the items could be adjusted and be gluten-free. Great atmosphere, understanding waitstaff, and delicious food.

A Quaint Stop for a gluten free meal in Yarmouth Port, MA Jan 11, 2013
reviewer: Pickles from Ottawa, ON Canada

We had breakfast here because they have gluten-free options like gluten free toast and english muffins. Breakfast was good and they have a variety of omelets and options available. The only downside is the server was a little slow with the coffee pot.

Mmmm Gluten Free Pizza & Beer at restaurant in Boston area Jan 11, 2013
reviewer: Pickles

This chain restaurant has locations throughout Massachusetts and we visited one in both Boston and Cape Cod (Hyannis). Both times the gluten free pizza was really good and had flavour and gluten free beer was on offer (Redbridge). It's what you envision when you have pizza and beer! The staff were also very friendly.

Must Stop Here at this gluten free cafe in Yarmouth, Massachusetts Jan 11, 2013
reviewer: Pickles from Ottawa, ON Canada

The little cafe is 100% gluten-free and everything is delicious. They offer baked goods, breakfast, lunch, pizza; you name it. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Prices vary with the baked goods and the prices are reasonable for their meals. There are a few small tables to grab a bite or relax with your coffee and sweet. It would be hard to leave without a box of goodies.
