Gluten Free croissants at gluten free bakery in Washington, DC!! Feb 21, 2015
reviewer: CGF from Fairfax County, VA

Our daughter has celiac, and our entire family eats gluten free and we are extremely picky and careful about where we eat, for our daughter's sake. We were thrilled to find this relatively new, completely gluten free bakery in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, DC. They bake a wonderful range of products, including ham and cheese croissants, hand pies, danishes, biscuits, bagels, cakes, pies, and cupcakes. The raspberry cream cheese danish was incredible, as were a plain bagel and a plain croissant. They have NAILED the art of gluten free croissants, which I imagine is hard to do. My family left with bags of bagels and a box of both plain and chocolate croissants, and we will definitely be going back as often as possible. There are very few celiac-safe bakeries or restaurants in the DC metro area, and this is just a wonderful addition to the DC gluten free scene.

There is some seating (maybe 5 small tables) in the bakery. They also serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and some bottled drinks.

Parking on the street in Adams Morgan can be tough, but there's a parking garage almost next to the bakery.
