Chick-fil-A has a few good gluten free options: entree salads (if you order the grilled chicken, not fried chicken on top), grilled chicken nuggets, and even the waffle fries. There are some gluten free sides other than fries, too...like fruit cup, superfood salad, and regular side salad. They have an Allergens chart you can download on their website, which will show you what you can eat. Many of their shakes are gluten free, too (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry). So is their frosted lemonade (delicious....like a lemony shake) and frosted coffee (like a frappucino). But you pretty much have just two choices for a gluten free meal here: an entree salad with chicken or the grilled nuggets (8 or 12 count) with sides. They are very careful about avoiding cross contamination. Their processes make it easy to keep things safe for GF diners. I just wish they had more choices (and offered GF buns), because then you could at least get a grilled chicken sandwich.
