We went to Eddie V's for a business lunch. They have a Gluten Sensitive Menu on their website ( http://media.eddiev.com/en_us/images/marketing/EV_Gluten_Free_Menu.pdf ) and available upon request. There are many items to choose from, including a lot of fresh seafood appetizers, delicious salads, and entrees that include fresh fish, shellfish, and premium steaks. There are also plenty of side dishes to choose from, including a twice baked potato with bacon and chives (and flavorful versions of many vegetables). While their kitchen is not gluten free, they do do their best to minimize any cross contact when preparing gluten free orders. Just specify when ordering that you are following a gluten free diet for medical reasons. It's always a good idea to speak directly with a manager, because you never know exactly what the level of GF knowledge of your server will be.
