This restaurant is owned by P.F. Changs, one of the better
chain restaurants when it comes to gluten-free dining.
However, this more casual restaurant's more limited menu
doesn't accommodate gluten-free diners nearly as well. While
there ARE a handful of options available that may satisfy your
taste, most options are spicy, so this didn't work well when
dining with our kids, one of whom has Celiac. Since a salad and
some other g-f options didn't look like something they'd eat,
we ended up requesting that the kitchen prepare plain beef
(just cooked with oil, salt and pepper) and ordered a side of
rice. The kids weren't crazy about the beef -- I think it was the
flavor of the oil they didn't care for...maybe peanut oil? For us,
I don't know that we'd go back until the kids are older and our
son's palate has developed to embrace more exotic tastes and
spicy options. But it was fine in a pinch, and for adults eating g-
f, it would probably be worth trying.
