Finally! Every Sunday from 11am-2pm, Culinary Complements has a gluten-free, casein-free, soy-free (GFCFSF) brunch. We had homemade gluten-free raviolis that were not grainy stuffed with butternut squash and a homemade curry broth with fried leeks done in gluten-free breading very light in olive oil. Several other options available including GFCFSF pancakes with carob chips, fruit skewers, Chicken nuggets home made and so moist! We cant wait to go back every Sunday. The menu changes every week, the cost is only $13 per person (which includes tax) for a three-course meal where you have two options for each course AND our dessert was free! One of the owners, Mary Margaret Cave is a behavior therapist and loved our son with autism who is a celiac. She is fantastic with him. She was onsite and very informative. She works with families on the waivers. We usually can't take him out to a restaurant but he (Ethan) loved her and the food. I definitely recommend this new snazzy place with live music as well.
