My husband and I are new to gluten free, so we realize it will take some time to adjust but we were impressed with Zio's Italian Kitchen. Zio's had a gluten free menu with a wide selection including stuffed mushrooms. I had the gluten free Spicy Chicken Alfredo, it was full of flavor and the most tender chicken I've had in some time. I had to ask what kind of Pasta they used, it was hard to tell it was Gluten Free, not tacky or chewy at all, it was Heartland gluten free penne. My husband had the seafood Alfredo, He enjoyed it as much as I did mine. Lots of flavor. They even offered gluten free bread which was more of a flatbread, with little flavor but the meal made up for it! We will definitely be going there again! I only did 4.5 because of the bread, everything else was excellent!
