While looking for a fine gluten free option in San Antonio, we decided on Landry's. I had been to the location in New Orleans a few times and figured I could get great seafood, even if was to be just broiled fish or steamed crabs. When I asked the waitress for the gluten free menu, she returned with extensive options as well as a manager, who told me they would do their best to accommodate me as best as they could with any dishes on the regular menu as well. I opted for the broiled redfish with the "Melissa" topping. The dish was perfect, the best meal I've since being diagnosed with Celiac. The manager came back to check on dinner and informed me that creme brulee was a gluten free choice for dessert, as if I had any room left!
