What a treat to be able to walk into a restaurant and have EVERYTHING be gluten free. I actually got to enjoy biscuits and gravy this morning that were amazing. My wife had the French Toast that was made with fresh baked bread, made in house, and it ROCKED! The chef told me that the menu changes daily depending on what arrives fresh from local vendors. They are GMO free and also offer vegetarian and vegan options. In addition to the restaurant, they have a bakery! Their baked goods are SOOOO GOOD! They are moist, with no grit or funny aftertaste. The banana nut bread with chocolate chips and carrot cake are unbeatable. They even have a vegan twinkie that they call a "vinkie" that defies description. It's that good.
