Gluten-Free Goodies is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and cafe. They serve delicious bakery treats such as muffins, cupcakes and cinnamon rolls and also have a yummy lunch menu and serve breakfast on saturday mornings. We've eaten their muffins, cupcakes, sandwiches, french toast and cinnamon rolls and they are all delicious. Rachel, the owner is sweet as can be, and every time we are in the Knoxville area, we try to support her bakery/cafe with our business. She is doing a great thing for the gluten-free community.

Fabulous! Knoxville now has a gf baker! My fiance picked up an assortment of items for me including a to-die-for red velvet cupcake! I also got some chocolate chip cookies, a brownie, a banana nut muffin, and a loaf of sandwich bread. They are all yummy. They also serve lunch there, but I have not gotten to try it yet. Go try this place and support Rachel!

Gluten-Free Goodies in Knoxville, TN is a dedicated GF bakery and cafe where a person with Celiac can eat with confidence. I recently stopped in for lunch during the week and was pleasantly surprised at the decor, friendly staff and good food. Although the lunch menu is limited right now, there were sandwich options and bakery options such as the red velvet cake I had for dessert. It's been approximately 10 years since I have eaten a sandwich in a restaurant and I had total confidence at Gluten-Free Goodies that I would not get sick after eating. I was very pleased at the quality of the food and the price. I had a 1/2 sandwich, bag of chips, and a drink for around $6; not any more than what I would expect to pay at any other non-GF cafe. The piece of cake was around $3, again, not expensive for GF. So my sizable lunch and dessert (which I had to eat later) was under $10. Although I stopped in for lunch, I understand the bakery side of Gluten-Free Goodies has cookies, muffins, cakes, cupcakes and wedding cakes. As mentioned earlier, I tried the red velvet cake and was very happy with it. It was recommended by the staff and I can see why. It was moist and delicious with a yummy cream-cheese icing. Overall, it was a great experience to finally have a place where I could "Go out" for lunch and not have to explain to the chef about my medical condition or dietary needs. I would, and have, recommended Gluten-Free Goodies to friends, co-workers and family members for not only the bakery items, but for a great place for a GF lunch. Thanks to Rachel and her staff for opening Gluten-Free Goodies in Knoxville, TN.
