Gluten free menu meal and dessert are available. What is not seen on the menu, The Chef can whip up any variation requested provided the ingredients are available. I had the grilled salmon salad but added a variety of bell peppers, corn and mushrooms with a blue cheese dressing. I also had the hummus with freshly cut vegetables instead of the pita chips. Fish tacos are amazing on the corn tortillas. The sushi is also amazing with the gluten free soy sauce which is a rare condiment not normally available. I alway tweak the meals and add a little something to it, making it my own special meal. The wait staff understand the term gluten allergy and well accommodating.
