Gazuza was by far our favorite restaurant from our entire Spanish vacation. The tapas is SO GOOD. Unlike some of the more touristy destinations, Gazuza seves three different portions of most items, which means you can order a tasting menu without breaking the bank! Our waiter spoke amazing English and was SUCH a sweetheart. The menu features several old standbys along with some more modern/inventive plates. We had the traditional potato salad, a stuffed chicken roll (I can't remember what it was called, but it involved chicken and ham with a honey sauce. So. Good.), and a salmon/potato/cheese skewer that was to die for. Best of all, Gazuza features a Gluten Free menu and fresh-baked, home-made Gluten Free bread (it was really good). For Gluten Free diners especially, Gazuza is a must, but anyone would really enjoy the quality tapas, excellent service, and moderate prices at this gem of an eatery.
