Amy and Joe, the owners, provide a dedicated nut free bakery as well as other allergy accomodations in addition to gluten free.
I have been often and they have created new items based on my requests. They have created Zeppolles (a local favorite) as well as delicious apple and other fruit pies. The owners experiment frequently and get it "just right" so that you wouldn't know it is gluten free. Most of their items are offered nut/gluten free and ALL ITEMS are nut free. They offer GF cupcakes, brownies, cookies, bread, cheesecake, Ricotta biscuits (another Italian, local favorite), Rugelach and they create their own flour mix that you can use in your baking.
My favorites are the biscotti (their specialty) and the Ricotta biscuits.
They also offer dairy, egg and soy free products and offer an allergen free Gingerbread house kit at Christmas.
