My partner and I were fortunate enough to stay at A La Maison Campbell while touring southern Quebec by bicycle. The B&B is absolutely lovely, both inside and out (large garden with hammocks!), and conveniently located on Route Verte 1, a 5 minute walk from Rue Principale in Magog.
Most importantly, Jean and Danielle are welcoming, helpful, fun Innkeepers. Danielle is marvelous in the kitchen - she is knowledgeable about food allergies (of all kinds, not just gluten!), and practices excellent food separation when making meals for guests. She doesn't think twice about making separate but equally delicious breakfasts (and large enough for two hungry cyclists! No easy task.) for guests, which frequently feature ingredients from her garden.
Frankly, we couldn't have had a better travel experience - it was so wonderful to relax and not worry about hitting a local grocery store to make sure that I had enough food for the day or because I didn't trust the cooking practices of the food preparer. This B&B is a gem!
