I am new to gluten free living and was craving a pizza. I was weary about a gluten free crust, but was pleasantly surprised with Mom's Bake at Home's gluten free pizza. The pizza is only available in smalls because the crust is more likely to break/crumble. However, the pizza was great! The crust is made with tapioca flour. I highly recommend it for those of us who still crave pizza. I ordered a cheese and mushroom pizza.
