Restaurant staff has been educated; and wheat free, gluten free is in their vocabulary. The restaurant has an extensive Gluten Free Menu for your ordering pleasure. They have every thing from white pizza to dessert, all gluten free. I had the sautéed veal cutlet topped with parmagiano and mozzarella cheeses, served with GF-spaghetti marinara, with a Red Bridge GF Beer. I will definitely plan on returning to this restaurant when I am the area.
