If you're in Pittsburgh, you may want to consider this nice modern Italian restaurant, part of a larger chain. They have a limited but very good Gluten Fre Menu ( http://www.bravoitalian.com/gluten_free-at-memorial_square.html ) that gives you ample options no matter what you're in the mood for. They are very careful about preparing gluten free orders in the kitchen and take gluten free diners' concerns seriously. Their offerings include starter and entree salads, 5 different pasta entrees, two types of steak, and a chicken dish with sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese. I ordered the Pasta BRAVO! which was delicious. It was gluten free fusilli with grilled chicken, mushrooms, and roasted red pepper cream sauce. Our sons both had the filet mignon, served with mashed potatoes and green beans. All in all a great meal in a very nice atmosphere. This location is in the "Galleria" Mall in Pittsburgh, a nice upscale mall. They have other locations in Pennsylvania and in 22 other states. I'd give them a full 5 stars if their gluten free menu was just a bit more extensive...and if they offered gluten free bread (relatively easy to do).
