Thoroughly impressed! This is a small, dedicated, gluten-free bakery with just one baker. Jennifer is there every day and creates everything from scratch each morning. I had an eclair and the pastry filling was the best I ever had. They told me even the marshmallow cream is made from scratch. I say all this because it assures me that they are very careful to keep the gluten and artificial colors, flavors, etc. out of their products. Jennifer has Celiac disease as is very sensitive the needs of her customers. She is trained in gluten-free baking and really knows her stuff. The cupcakes and brownies were awesome too. Oh, and they do hot pizzas. I didn't get one, but the crusts look great. You'd never know they were gluten free by looking at them - thick and fluffy!
