This restaurant was very accommodating with a "celiac" approved menu. When they brought out bread as an appetizer to the rest of the party they brought out warm, freshly baked gluten free bread for me along with my own dipping bowl of oil and vinegar so as to not cross-contaminate with dipping. Almost everything on their menu was able to be tailored to be gluten free including Caesar salad, lasagna, pasta, and pizza. I was very impressed with the wait-staff's knowledge of gluten free items as well as their awareness of what is/isn't acceptable for me. I left the restaurant completely full, satisfied, and wanting more! I have been diagnosed with Celiac for over 4 years and would rate this restaurant in my top 3 gluten free eating out experiences. It was amazing to find such a great place in a small resort town mall! I recommend this restaurant to everyone who is looking for a great gluten free Italian meal. Also, the rest of the party who are not concerned with gluten free-ness loved their meals as well!
