Almond Butterfly Bake Shop is 100 percent gluten free (and soy free), and is located in downtown Toronto. It is open for breakfast, and offers sandwiches all afternoon for lunch or early dinner. Food is available for dine-in, take-out, or delivery. Everything is baked on-site, and there are also dairy-free, vegan, and paleo options. Toasted egg sandwiches, muffins, biscuits, and bagels are some of the items on the breakfast menu. Later in the day, you can enjoy a grilled turkey and pesto sandwich, or the ham and cheddar melt, among other things. Cupcakes, brownies, and cookies are also made fresh daily.
