Upon arrival with a party of ten, we asked for Gluten Free menus and were seated quickly. Waitstaff came over and distributed several baskets of tortilla chips and salsa on the table, and our waitress came over soon after with the menus. To our great dismay, when we read the Gluten Free menu, the tortilla chips (which our children had already eaten) were not GF. When trying to decifer the GF menu, I had several questions, to which our waitress responded, "I don't know anything about gluten free." A manager finally came over and answered our questions, and we ordered. Completely aside from the GF problems, the service was bad (our ten meals came out literally one or two at a time over a 35 minute time period), and our daughter's meal arrived after everyone was finished eating. The manager did take two meals off of the bill and gave us three free desserts, but our children are currently sick as a result of poor training of waitstaff. All it would have taken was the menus to be delivered BEFORE the chips.
