Bogota Latin Bistro specializes in Colombian cuisine. The menu offers many gluten free selections, and this restaurant has two dedicated gluten free fryers. Arepas are cornmeal cakes, and they are naturally free of gluten. Cornmeal empanadas are another gluten free option. Soups, salads, quesadillas, grilled meats and seafood are among the many other gluten free choices. These items are clearly labeled GF on the menu. You may want to try the paella, arroz con pollo, quinoa salad, or spinach and mushroom quesadillas. When ordering, inform the server of your specific dietary requirements.
