We've been going to Pappazio for years. They've always been able to accommodate my daughter's gluten free diet. But we were in for a surprise and treat on our last visit when we opened the menu and saw all the little GFs. Pappazio went all the way and is now officially gluten free. Dominick has trained his staff on the proper way to prepare food. It's that reassurance that makes this our number one go to place when daughter comes home. The food and atmosphere has always been outstanding but now it's safe for everyone as well. If you're not in Bayside it's still worth the trip. A quick walk from railroad on the Port Washington line, Pappazio is 20 minutes from Penn and at least as good if not better than any NYC restaurant. Sharr pasta makes every pasta dish outstanding. The risotto remains a show stopper. Try the chopped tomato mozzarella salad. Yum!
