The Cornucopia Bakery has a baker (Audrey) who is a nutritionist and understands eating gluten free. It is a small bakery bar but also makes the best gluten free crepes ever. Most people go for the gluten free carrot cake whoopee pies. There is room to sit on the porch, but they are already planning to expand next year. They have other things at the bakery but their display case, mixers, ovens , spatulas, everything is designated for regular or gluten free and they are careful to cook the gluten free first because of flour dust, but this means you have to get there in the morning for bread or it will be gone, they do not rebake during the day. Melanie is one of the owners and is from France and is a delight to talk to and also the cake decorator.
