I believe nobody could have a bad word to say about this restaurant. I am a diagnosed coeliac, their choice of gluten free food and quality were excellent. We had a thoroughly good time there, very efficient and freindly. Highly recommended.

French Dining the Gluten Free Way at Mon Ami Gabi in Parisien Hotel,

Let me tell you about one of the best restaurants offering a gluten free menu that I have ever experienced. Mon Ami Gabi is located on the Vegas Strip at the Parisien right across from the Bellagio hotel, with its fountains providing a show if you sit by the windows or at the outdoor patio, every 15 minutes. There is a full gluten free menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner including desserts and appetizers. This is a high class French restaurant. When they brought bread for my husband, I was given warm slices of gluten free bread. I ate French Onion soup for the first time in years with gluten free bread covered by a gooey layer of Gruyere cheese. I had a steak with Bearnaise sauce that was "to die for" and the best pommes frites I've ever tasted (even better than what I've had in France). For dessert, I had the Peach Parfait with little merengue cookies. The best part was that the selections on the menu (check it out online) were not the typical spartan affairs without good sauces, the level of elegance not on the same par as the regular fare. Our server, Herve, was polite and enthusiastic to please. He kept reminding me that as a restaurant they were there to please all of their customers. Well, he definitely made me happy. He also felt free to ask me if I had suggestions about what they could do to make the dishes better and the preparation and serving safer to eliminate cross-contamination. After a disasterous experience eating Buzio's Restaurant at the Rio (don't ever go there!) the night before, I felt like kissing Herve's feet in gratitude. After going online, I notice they also have restaurants in Chicago, Oakbrook, Reston and Bethesda. If they are anywhere near the standard of this edition, they are well worth checking out. Now I just have to hope they open one in Seattle, my neck of the woods.
