Ryan's Bistro is a quaint restaurant that has wonderful food. It's owner Ryan has made quite a name for himself in Omaha, and owns several other top restaurants, as well. When at Ryan's Bistro, ask for their separate gluten-free menu, and you'll see they have a lot to offer. I personally love their pasta -- and am partial to their Chicken Alfredo dish. It's wonderful, and I order it every time I go! I have also had their side salad and it was incredible too! Everything at Ryan's is just a little more fancy and tasty than you would expect. Not sure how they do it, but they do. And it doesn't feel like it's gluten-free at all!
One tip if you are ordering pasta... you can ask the waitress to have them put new water on the stove prior to placing your order. It will save you a bit of time in the end (as it takes a little while for them to heat a new pot of water to cook the GF pasta in).
