We had such a great experience traveling for the first time with my celiac toddler. The resort restaurants had lots of gluten free options and could accommodate many requests. The staff was well versed in avoiding cross contamination, and made it easy for us. Each time you are seated, they confirm food allergies. Although the fryer isn't dedicated gluten free, they happily heat a separate pan with oil for corn tortillas, chicken fingers etc. I recommend giving them a little notice as the food understandably takes longer. They were fully aware the breakfast buffet wasn't safe and prepared a separate gf breakfast for him out back. I cant say enough positive about Azul beach and will try another one of the Karisma Resorts based on our experience!
