We stopped in the White Marsh area to grab a quick dinner on our way up to New York. We decided on Five Guys where we always know we can get a tasty, juicy burger (or double!) that's gluten free. Their fries are gluten free, as are all their toppings and condiments for the burgers. There is no extra charge for toppings, even if you want your burger loaded with everything. And the only thing NOT gluten free in Five Guys restaurants are the buns (you can always bring your own, or they will serve it to you in a lettuce wrap if you prefer). They toast the buns on a separate grill top -- not the same one the burgers are cooked on, so there is no risk for cross contamination. They also change their gloves and are very careful with all gluten free orders, but it's always a good idea to let them know your gluten free request is due to a medically-necessary gluten free diet/Celiac Disease. This is a limited-menu restaurant (just burgers and fries) but reliable and worth an occasional splurge when you're in the mood for a burger.
