We'd been to a couple other locations of this casual, yet sophisticated Italian eatery, and while in the Annapolis area, we decided to pop in here for lunch. Their gluten free menu is somewhat limited in size, but there are enough options to have a choice, and ALL are very tasty. There are a range of salads and pastas, as well as a filet, chicken, and salmon entrees. I got the Grilled Salmon with lemon caper sauce, mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables, and my son ordered a gluten free pasta dish (both from the gluten free menu). Both were very tasty. The salads we ordered were good as well. They offer creme brûlée as a gluten free dessert. We've never had a bad meal at Brio, and they are very careful about how they prepare their gluten free orders (I asked all the usual questions about preparation about the pasta, etc.). Would recommend. There are also many other gluten-free friendly restaurants in this area (in Annapolis Towne Centre and right around it), including P.F. Chang's, Bonefish, Outback, Paladar Latin Kitchen, Zoe's Kitchen, and more. Tons of places offering gluten free menus...so this is a good area for GF dining!
