We stayed close to a week in a suite at this B & B and found it close enough to all of Maine's mid-coast many attractions. The owners/chef was more than happy to store my gf breads (bagels, english muffins) in the freezer and use them in the preparation of her delicious breakfasts, though I would certainly recommend just asking if they can provide a gf meal. Alternating sweet and savory breakfasts each day, the chef incorporates home grown vegetables, fruits and herb into her mouth-watering meals. The inn itself was very comfortable and casual, though the common indoor areas are limited to one great room and the indoor pool. We found the grounds to be full of beautiful gardens though we couldn't enjoy them as we had hoped due to what I would call a highly unpleasant number of misquitoes. I believe we just visited at the wrong time....following a very wet spring...and would not hesitate to call again for a reservation (and inquire about the status of the pests.) It's not a highly upscale establishment, that is, it's not glamourous or glitzy, but it offered everything we needed in a B & B and was a great value. Popham Beach, one of Maine's best beaches, is just down the road!
