Wonderful! The owner/chef has celiac and always keeps her homemade gluten free bread in stock to use. She serves mainly lunch fare...sandwiches, quiche, soups, salads...almost all which can be prepared gluten free. You can also order/purchase her sandwich bread, cinnamon raisin bread, and pizza crusts (all gf). They are the best I have ever tasted (better than whole foods) and only $4 a loaf! She also caters and makes fabulous desserts! Go check this place out!
