I went to Weber Grill with my entire family (10 guests in all) this past Saturday. I didn't know if they had a gluten-free menu or not, but I figured I could find something to eat. I am gluten intolerant, and tend to have a bit easier time finding things I can eat. I want to recommend this restaurant to any person who cannot have gluten. Not only do they serve delicious food, their staff is very knowledgeable and conscientious about gluten contamination. They have a truly dedicated procedure in place for people who cannot have gluten. They have a "real" gluten-free menu to hand you, and there is a wide variety of foods they serve gluten-free. They also have gluten-free hamburger buns! From appetizers, to sides, they have everything spelled out well. The server we had said that they take gluten allergies very seriously, and would prepare my food in such a way as to minimize cross-contamination as much as possible. The kitchen staff signs off on the plate being gluten-free, and the manager brings that plate directly to the diner. They were completely amazing. They even have a gluten-free beer on their bar menu! Everything I ate was delicious, and I had no problems afterward. I highly recommend this restaurant both for the quality and taste of the food, as well as for the attentiveness and caring of the staff.
